Shipping 

Here at ChickInn we have chosen Tuesday to be our hatch and ship day for our baby chicks. When you place an order please select your preferred week to have your baby chicks hatch, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. If for some reason we cannot fill your order, we will communicate with you to figure out a solution that works for you.

You are welcome to pickup your baby chicks at our hatchery, or we can ship them via USPS and you can pick them up at your local post office. Every effort is made to ensure your chicks arrive healthy and happy, but if for any reason you have not received your full order of live chicks please reach out to us, and we will make it right by either refunding you, or by replacing your chicks.

Please note that we are only able to send chicks by USPS within the first 24 hours of hatching. Right before a chick hatches, the chick will absorb the egg yolk, and therefore does not need food/water for the first several days of its life. It is important to be ready for your chicks before they arrive at your post office. This includes setting up your brooder with whatever heat source you plan to use. Please have feed/water ready. The Post Office will give you a call as soon as they arrive and please pick them up ASAP. Place them in your brooder and they should start picking at the food/water source you have available for them.

We will ship any items related to chick and coop accessories via UPS Ground. This will NOT arrive with your shipment of chicks, but rather in a separate shipment.
